Cancellation and modification policy
Cancellation or modification of reservation possible until 48 hours before the day of your departure.
After this time, less than 48 hours before the day of your departure, cancellation, modification and refund will not be possible.
Cancellations or changes can only be made by telephone on 0494437615 during the ticket office opening hours of 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to guarantee departures, IF the number of passengers is not sufficient, we will contact you to modify your reservation

Terms and Conditions - Excursions (cruises)
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of departure. After this time, less than 48 hours before the day of your departure, no cancellation, modification or refund will be possible, the cost will be 100% of the amount paid. *See Terms and Conditions - Cancellations and Modifications below.

Safety and liability
Prior to boarding, all customers will be asked a few short questions about their health status in relation to the pandemic in Covid-19 to ensure that they do not present a risk factor to other passengers. If a passenger has a risk factor related to Covid-19 or is affected by it, he/she will automatically be denied boarding. They will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that a passenger behaves in a way that is detrimental to other passengers, Europboat reserves the right to refuse boarding due to his/her behaviour (drunkenness or otherwise), without compensation. The passenger shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred as a result of his/her conduct.
The passenger acknowledges that the excursion (cruise) offered by Europboat involves risks of injury, loss or breakage of equipment, which risks are inherent to navigation and weather conditions. The passenger must therefore play an active role in risk management by adopting a preventive and cautious approach. The passenger must therefore be attentive to the safety instructions of the crew members and the instructions posted on the vessels and respect them at all times. Consequently, Europboat is not liable for any injury, loss or damage.
Europboat may cancel, interrupt or postpone an excursion in the event of force majeure, or in the event of bad weather conditions of which it is the sole judge.
The departure and arrival time of an excursion (cruise) and type of vessel are subject to change without notice. Europboat does not offer any compensation for any inconvenience or loss of time resulting from such changes.
Europboat is not responsible for the loss or theft of objects or luggage on board the ship. By accepting a ticket, the holder accepts the above conditions as well as the conditions stipulated on the ticket.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled. Payments are accepted by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
Documentation
Europboat will send you, at the time of booking, an electronic confirmation of your booking and all the documentation required to enable you to enjoy your trip. The booking confirmation and an identity card in the same name as the one used at the time of booking must be presented at the boarding quay where other documents will be given to the passengers including the boarding ticket. Europboat is not responsible for lost or stolen documents.
Passengers travelling with children will be required to provide an identity card with the date of birth on it.
Cancellation
The trip (excursion or cruise) is non-refundable, non-transferable to another date or to a third party. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the package per person including taxes and service charges.
Liability
Europboat assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by delays that are not attributable to Europboat. Europboat is not responsible for the loss, breakage or theft of objects or luggage on board the ships.
Children
Adults remain responsible at all times for the comings and goings and actions of children travelling with them, both on the ship and at the places of embarkation and disembarkation.
Animals
Dogs are allowed on the boat excursions (cruises) under certain conditions; they must be on a leash and remain on a leash for the duration of the excursion (cruise), they must be kept on the floor of the ship and the size of the dog does not matter. Dogs are not allowed or tolerated on seats, benches or other areas.
Admission
